I was working on my annual garage spring cleaning when I came upon a bag of unused driveway salt. Worried that the bag would eventually spill all over the place, I determined to fit it into an empty car washer fluid bottle. My challenge soon became how to make the conversion without spilling the salt all over the place; the very problem I was trying to solve in the first place. It was then that I remembered I had a Jugfunnel in the back of my car.

‘Hmmm’ I thought, ‘I wonder if that thing will fit?’. To my excitement it fit perfectly. I was able to pour the entire contents of the bag into the bottle, even above the rim, and then shook the contents into place. The Jugfunnel remained in place, secure and immobile. Try that with a regular funnel (or better yet, try that with a rolled up newspaper; my first idea before remembering the Jugfunnel).

I have now stored the Jug Funnel as a permanent fixture in my garage, and await the next winter when I will have the chance to use it to disperse my newly stored salt. Thanks guys; it really works!
